Utilitycorner charges for a review, not for seats. There is no monthly product fee. A scoping conversation is unpaid. If we cannot see a usable event source, we will say so and stop there.
Starting figures
| Engagement | What moves the quote | Starting fee (MYR) |
|---|---|---|
| Portal Usage Review | Extra tenants, extra language of screens, thin event records that need more pairing with tickets | 18,500 |
| Onboarding Funnel Study | Size of the invite cohort, whether invite mail is sent from more than one system | 9,800 |
| Feature Adoption Review | One module; a second module is a second quote | 7,400 |
| Quarterly Portal Brief | Only after a completed usage review; billed per quarter | 4,600 |
Travel from Ipoh to the Klang Valley, Penang, or Johor is billed at cost (train or car, and a night if the debrief cannot finish the same day). Work in Sabah or Sarawak is quoted with flights as a separate line.
What a quote depends on
- Whether event names already map to screens, or we must sit with staff to name them
- How many client-facing areas are in scope (invoices only, or invoices plus tickets plus documents)
- Whether we may read a slice of the support queue
- Whether the debrief must be on your floor on a fixed date
We do not offer “starter / professional / enterprise” bands. Two firms with the same portal vendor can produce very different quotes if one has a clean event export and the other has a marketing summary with no screen-level trail.
How payment runs
A deposit of 40 percent confirms the start date. The balance is due on delivery of the written brief, before or at the debrief. We accept bank transfer. Invoices are issued from Utilitycorner in Malaysia. Deposits, postponements, and work already started are described on the refund page.
If you only need an hour of advice and not a review, say so in your note. We sometimes sell a single paid scoping sitting at RM 850 when the question is “is this even reviewable”. That hour is credited against a review if you commission one within 60 days.
