A single review is a photograph. Some firms want the next photograph. The Quarterly Portal Brief is for teams who have already completed a Portal Usage Review with us and now change something — an invoice filter, an invite letter, a ticket form — and need to see whether clients’ paths moved.
Each quarter we re-read the same event names, against the same screens, for a one-week window. The brief is shorter than the original: what shifted, what did not, and whether a new habit has appeared (for example, a rush on statements in the week LHDN reminders go out). The debrief is one hour, not a second three-week engagement.
We do not start a quarterly series with a firm we have not already reviewed. The first photograph has to exist so the second one means something. Cancel before the next quarter’s window opens and that quarter is not billed; see refunds.
